1. Returns Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery for non-perishable items.

The product is not classified as perishable or non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
โ Perishable food items (including fresh snacks and short shelf-life products).
โ Customized or personalized items.
โ Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

๐ฆ If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return shipping instructions.
๐ Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.
๐ Return shipping costs are the customerโs responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Process

๐ฐ The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
โณ Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:

โ Only part of a multi-item order is returned.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We do understand that, despite the best care taken, and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition on rare occasions.

๐ Important Note: Since our products include fresh food items, returns are not possible. Order cancellations are only allowed before the product is prepared for shipping.
4. Cancellations & Exchanges

๐ Exchanges โ We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Order Errors
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
